AUDIT EKSTERNAL ISO 9001:2015 SMKN 1 TRENGGALEK

SMK Negeri 1 Trenggalek melaksanakan kembali Surveillance Audit ISO 9001:2015 oleh auditor ibu Yenny dan ibu Dinda dari URS Surabaya pada kamis 29 Juli 2020. Ruang lingkup audit meliputi semua operasi layanan unit kerja. Audit Objective : Management system conformity assessment under application of sampling with the purpose of maintaining the existing certification under consideration of changes (Penilaian kesesuaian sistem manajemen dalam penerapan pengambilan sampel dengan tujuan mempertahankan sertifikasi yang ada berdasarkan pertimbangan perubahan).

Audit ISO 9001:2015 tahun ini berbeda dengan tahun sebelumnya, dikarenakan adanya pandemi covid-19 maka audit dilaksanakan dengan daring via video conference google meet, jadi SMKN 1 Trenggalek terlebih dahulu mengirimkan file yang diminta oleh pihak auditor, dan audit dilaksanakan dengan proses tanya jawab seperti audit biasanya namun proses tanya jawab audit tahun ini melalui video conference.

Open meeting surveillance Audit ISO 9001:2015 SMKN 1 Trenggalek dibuka oleh waka manajement mutu yaitu ibu Erna Muryanti, S.Pd., kemudian dilanjutkan oleh sambutan dari Ibu Suharyati, M.Pd selaku kepala Sekolah SMKN 1 Trenggalek, selanjutnya penjelasan tentang tata cara audit iso dari auditor. bahawasannya audit akan dilaksanakan dengan sesi wawancara dan pembuktian dokumen terkait pada masing-masing area. Audit dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Kelompok A dengan auditor ibu Yenny adalah area Top Management, Quality Management Presentatif, Kesiswaan dan Kurikulum. Kelompok B dengan auditor ibu Dinda adalah area Tata Usaha, Humas, BP/BK, Sarana dan Prasarana.

Closing meeting diisi tentang pemaparan hasil audit oleh kedua auditor dari semua area. Alhamdulilah hasil Audit yang dilaksanakan tanggal 29 Juli 2020 tidak ditemukan ketidaksesuaian Major hanya coment, maka Manajement Mutu SMKN 1 Trenggalek direkomendasikan untuk stantar ISO 9001:2015, dengan dilakukan audit ini diharapakan SMKN 1 Trenggalek lebih baik lagi dalam pelayanannya untuk mencetak lulusan yang mampu bersaing di dunia industri.
