Hidroponik Lestari SMKN 1 Trenggalek

Pada hari sabtu kemarin, tim Adiwiyata SMKN 1 Trenggalek berinovasi membuat tanaman Hidroponik, tanaman yang ditanam berupa sayuran, dimana bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sayuran yang sehat bebas dari petisida, dan nantinya hasil panen bisa di jual di masyarakat SMKN 1 Trenggalek sendiri dan masyarakat sekitar, hal ini dilakukan untuk mengajari siswa-siswi yang tergabung didalam tim adiwiyata untuk berwirausaha, kemudian labanya bisa digunakan untuk memperbanyak tanaman hidroponik yang ada di SMKN 1 Trenggalek.

Nah sekarang ini tahapan-tahapan dalam pembuatan Hidroponik Oleh tim Adiwiyata SMKN 1 Trenggalek

Proses Pembuatan Rockwoll menggunakan Spons

  1. Potong spons berbentuk persegi empat, dengan ukuran 2x2x2x2 cm, kemudian rendam spons ke dalam air bersih, kemudian peras secara berlahan di dalam air tersebut sehingga seluruh pori-pori spon menyerap air dengan baik. Hal ini akan membuat sponmampu untuk tetap lembab dalam waktu yang lama.
  2. Setelah selesai, angkat spon dan letakkan di tempat untuk melakukan penyemaian.
  3. Ambil bibit tananam kemudian masukkan ke dalam spon satu persatu (untuk biji kisaran 2-5 biji per spons).
  4. Lakukan penyiraman secara rutin selama 2 kali sehari pagi dan sore untuk

menjaga spons tetap menyimpan nutrisi yang diperlukan selama masa pertumbuhan tanaman.

  1. Lakukan pengecekan yaitu jauhkan dari serangga seperti semut yang mungkin akan mengganggu tanaman lainnya.
  2. Biasanya lama penyemaian berkisar 8 hingga 10 hari sampai benih tersebut dapat di pindahkan ke media hidroponik yang lain.

biji benih per sponsCara membuat nutrisi tanaman Hidroponik

  1. Persiapkan nutri A, nutri B dan air bersih 1 liter
  2. Kemudian campurkan nutri A sebanyak 3-5 mili liter dan nutri B sebanyak 3-5 liter ke dalam air sebanyak 1 liter.
  3. Untuk mendapatkan kepekatan (ppm) 300 kita campurkan 1 ml nutrisi A dan 1 ml nutrisi B dalam 1 L air (masa pembibitan)
  4. Untuk mendapatkan kepekatan(ppm) 600-800 kita campurkan 3-5 ml nutrisi A dan nutrisi B dicampur dgn 1 L air hampir murni dengan PH 5.5.

Cara pembuatan Instalasi Hidroponik berikut proses pembuatan Instalasi Hidroponik : (1) siapkan pipa paralon dengan ukuran 4 dim (bisa disesuaikan lebih kecil atau lebih besar), (2) siapkan pipakecil ¾ yang bisa masuk di pipa yang besar, (3) kemudian lakuka pengeboran untuk membuat lubang wadah netpot pada pipa yang besar, jarak antar netpot satu dengan netpot yang lain dapat disesuaikan sesuai jenis tanaman yang akan ditanam biasanya 4 cm sampai dengan 16 cm, (4) lubangi tutup pipa, (5) jarak pipa bawah dengan atasnya sekitar 30 cm kemudian satu pipa terdapat antara 13 sampai 14 lubang dengan jarak 10-15 cm.

Siswa mengkondisikan nutrisi air agar selalu berada pada PH serta kepekatan yg dibutuhkan tanaman dan ini dilakukan 1 minggu sekali karena dalam 1 minggu itu di nutrisi yg ada dalam air rata-rata tinggal 60%nya. Jadi kurang sempurna kandungannya air untuk rakit apung kita gunakan air buangan dari bak penampungan air yg kita ganti setiap minggu sekali. Jadi selain kita bisa berhemat, kita juga mempunyai titik tanam yg lebih banyak lagi.
